Quick Printing Tips
-
Preparation: Always peel off the protective plastic film from the surface before placing the sheet into your heat press.
-
Moisture Control: Because MDF can retain minor environmental humidity, pre-press the wooden blank for 5–10 seconds under low pressure to release any moisture before applying your sublimation transfer paper.
-
Pressing: Use medium pressure with standard sublimation settings (typically around 180°C to 190°C for 50–60 seconds, depending on your specific heat press setup). Turn the board over to print the reverse side once the first side has cooled completely.
